Ecard of the Month

When it comes to achieving your New Year’s Resolutions for 2014, we encourage you to take a cue from our friend the tortoise: “Slow and steady wins the race.” For big results, it’s best to start small. Adopt just one or two healthy habits—simple, small tweaks to your daily routine—to get that first step closer to accomplishing your New Year’s Resolutions. Remember to be patient—studies show it takes 21-30 days for a new behavior to become habitual. Once those initial healthy habits become automatic, continue to add in and develop more. “Share” this e-card if you are creating new healthy habits to make 2014 your best skin year yet and comment below with your New Year’s Resolutions.

How many times do I have to tell you - slow and steady wins the race!
