Did you know … Beauty = health
Health is universally recognized as beautiful, but did you know that striving for beauty can actually make you healthier? And that’s because if you’re doing all the right things to help improve your skin’s appearance, like wearing sunscreen, not smoking, drinking alcohol in moderation, eating nutritiously and getting plenty of rest (on your back, of course) … then you’re also doing all the right things to increase your overall health and longevity. And that’s why taking care of your skin shouldn’t be thought of as vanity … it’s skin sanity, and that’s a pretty great win-win!
