Skinpact of friendship - Rodan and Fields

Did you know that connectedness is a huge predictor of longevity? So what’s the skinpact here? Well, when we feel good about ourselves, we are more inclined to stay connected to others. Along with a nutritious diet and active lifestyle, staying in touch with family and friends is an essential, healthy habit. When we feel insecure about our appearance it can prompt us to isolate ourselves from the world, opt out of social outings and shy away from new adventures.

Confidence helps us to reach out and engage in our communities. And this connectedness, in turn, further boosts our desire to make the very most of our appearance. By surrounding ourselves with positive, like-minded people with similar values, we actually improve not only our odds for living longer, we also improve our appearance. What a wonderful phenomenon!

For Dr. Fields and me, our friendship has played a critical role in the quality of our lives today, and research shows that it will also increase the quantity of years we have ahead of us. Kathy has been a constant source of companionship over the past 25 years; she’s supported me through good times and bad and always pushes me to be a better person. I don’t know what I would do without her in my life!

You can never have enough friends, so add Dr. Fields and me to your circle! By staying connected we can all help each other make our lives richer, fuller, longer and more beautiful!

This is such an important theory that it would be worth more research and publication. I have found that joining Rodan + Fields Dermatologists has brought me into a social life that I never dreamed possible. I feel more alive than ever before. Thank you!
