Habits that Haunt

Whether you are in crunch time at work as you close the year or running from holiday party to holiday party, sooner or later, internal stress will make its way to the surface of your skin. And since sleep is in short supply during the holidays, the effects of stress accumulate quickly. The result? A lot of skin distress.

To avoid dark circles under the eyes, a sallow appearance, facial flushing from alcohol or swollen faces (and feet), schedule some downtime this holiday season (Doctors’ orders!). You’ll not only look better, you’ll feel better too.
